Currently we are in need of qualified labor to be part of our team as: IT SUPPORT STAFF ( Jakarta ) Responsibilities Responsible for installing, configuring hardware, software, peripherals and other information processing facilities; responding to end user 1st level support for troubleshooting and repairing network connectivity issues; maintaining hardware inventory and distribution; developing and maintaining technical documentation; interfacing with other teams, including : - Manage and supports computer network, servers and workstations (users) on linux and windows platform - Report on IT Facilities usage (hardware & software) - Work with management and third party consultant (vendor) to conduct infrastructure planning and audits. Requirement • Male, Maximum age : 29 years old • At least Diploma III or Bachelor Degree Majoring in IT, Computer Technique or related • Minimum 1 years working in same field • Having experience in Basic Hardware, Desktop, Laptop and Printers • Having knowledge in Mikrotik, Bandwith management & Switch-VLAN. • Having networking skills (LAN, WAN, VPN, Remote Access, Wifi) • Having knowledge operating system (Windows, Windows server, Linux) and Antivirus Server (Kaspersky) • Having knowledge in virtualization (VMWare, Proxmox, OPenvz, Xen, Hyper-V) • Having knowledge in DNS, Basic Web & Domain Controller would be an advantage • Having MTCNA/CCNA Certificate would be an advantage • Good health and able to work under pressure with good result • Able to work independently or team If you meet with the above requirements, please submit your comprehensive resume with current photograph and your last/expected salary.
